any dealings you may have with the employer, however we strictly ask you to respond to employer's initial
request within a 48 hour period. You also have the option to manage, respond and confirm details to employers via NIFNEX.

the litigation and property areas of law.

Will our company name & details be listed next to the candidate profile?
Yes, your company name, contact person and their contact details will be displayed next to every candidate you promote.
Does each recruiter within an organisation need to register themselves or they can just use one company account?
We give you the option to do both. However we feel that it will be more beneficial if you just stick to
one company account with NIFNEX, as it will be easier to manage also.
What sort of payment option do I have?
You have the option to make payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or by cheque.
Do we require payments before the candidate is posted & promoted?
If payment is to be made by credit card then we will require you to make payment straightaway, however
if you want to pay by cheque or EFT, you have 7 days nett to pay the invoice. In the meantime the candidate
profile will be promoted online but payment needs to be received prior to the profile summary being printed on
the publication. Please do check with us for deadlines of each publication issue.
Can I edit my candidate's profile after it's been registered?
Yes, you can edit your candidate details anytime by logging into your account.
Will I need to pay any commission if I make a placement using the NIFNEX platform?
No, you only pay reverse marketing fees to NIFNEX. Once an employer is in contact with
you, it's your responsibility to negotiate terms and rates, we will not interfere or seek any portion of
your income received.
What happens after the 30 day period of promoting the candidate on NIFNEX?
You will have the option to refresh the Ad and promote again online. Same Fees
will apply as posting a new candidate Ad.
